In which table chat initiated record are stored when no agents are available?

I want to know who requested the chat when no agents are available in agent chat/workspace

I am asking about the scenario when no agents are available. For that how do we get to know who initiated the chat? In this case IMS will not get created

No, Records will get created in Interaction table, we are using this currently

No, Record will get created and will be assigned to 'Virtual agent' I just checked in my instance. Mark my answer as correct if that helps.
