Inbound action that records the email onto the respective RITM

Hi All,

I’m working on the inbound action and need your assistance with the logic:

I need to create an inbound action that records the email content onto the respective RITM worknotes/activities.

The emails will come from "XYZ@gmail.com," and the subject will contain the RITM num.
Sub ex: "REQ1934917/RITM4507663 -  Leaver Asset Collection"

On a generic note, you can create an Inbound email action or Inbound Email flows to fulfil this requirement.
