Can I reschedule my CSA exam before 24 hours of the time of it was scheduled?  or It will charge me to reschedule it ?

I want to reschedule it because I'm facing health issue, will it ask to submit any medical report to reschedule it?

Hi there,

Yes, you will be charged. Re-schedulling was always free, though somewhere last year this has been changed and you will be charged when re-schedulling occurs within 72 hours.

You could always try to create a Now Learning case. Though be aware, it can take several days or weeks before getting response!

I believe webassessor mentioned in the past $150 USD. Don't know if that amount has changed. You should see that, when trying to reschedule yourself.
