Inbound Actions are not Processing and Skipping

I have an Inbound action which is of Type:New to create an incident when the triggering conditions are met. Its working in few cases and not working for few cases. Even if the triggering conditions are met Incident is not getting created. When i check the Email log I am not able to see even why the Inbound action is skipping. For success cases in the email log its showing Processes the inbound action and target is created. But for failure case why its not showing Skipping email log message? What might be the issue of the inbound action not working even if all the conditions are met?

Hi,
Unfortunately, your post is a bit vague.
Please share specific information as to how this inbound is setup (to include its execution order number) and any script, etc. (screenshots are good).
Then please show us the email log for this specific inbound email so we can see what happened.
You would need to ensure that the execution order is lower than the out of box create incident inbound action (just throwing that out there if you can check that and see that that was the problem) and stop processing is checked (to ensure any additional inbound action don't also run).
