User gets logged out immediately

Auser attempts to login to the serviceportal and i immediately logged out. User account is active and email is correct. What could be causing thi issue?

Hi Mike,
Couple of checks.
1. Ensure there exists only 1 profile in User table for the user with unique User ID (user_name) field
2. Check if there are 2 profiles for users with one Active: True & other Active: False with same user_name. If so, change the inactive to have different user_name
3. If there is an SSO esablished check for profile in the corresponding SSO IDP side for details

Everything checks out ok but unfortunately the issue persists. Thank You for the input. Everything about the user record is ok, no duplicate or inactive record found, both user id and email ar unique

There can be various reasons
Please check the below Is the user accound licked out in the user table?
Ask the user to clear the cache
Are you using SSO
