Inbound email action not creating Incidents

Hi Community,

 

There is one Inbound email action configured and even though the emails are fulfilling all the conditions, incidents are not getting created. Below are the inbound email actions conditions. Is there any issue in the defined conditions? Please let me know. Thank you!

when email comes in email logs, did you check if this inbound action is getting processed or skipped?

Yes, all the conditions I have checked. I am attaching the script too. Might be some issue with the script.Script REDy.png

Hello @ShubhankarK9612 ,
This may be causing due to HTML table contained within the email.

Try by adding the com.glide.email.max_body_bytes property to sys_properties
