Inbound Email action - Notifications

Hi,

I have a doubt related to email logs. When we open email logs ,under reciepients email ids, how can i find where and in which application (ex: inbound action or notification), that email id is involved. In the sense how can i search where this email id is used.

Can you be more clear on what you need with email logs ? what do u mean by >  where this email id is used ?

Thank you for the reply. Where this email id used in the sense - are we using this email id in inbound action (when to run condition )  or notification (when to send section).

The Is no specific feature that can say that the recipient is being used in 'Inbound email action' or 'Notifcation'. 

But to find were the email is configured in 'notification' and 'inbound email action' you can check it email log as show below:

Sometimes the email IDs are embeded in the script fields too.., Also, check for mailscripts to see if its being quried.

1. To find the email id in inbound email you have to search it in multiple places like :

a. In the inbound email action FROM , TO, SCRIPT fields
