Hi ,

I have a inbound email when the trigger condition will be met then the requested item will create conditions was subject contains '''''', here I was used flow designer there was an OOB actions I was choose those actions once I activated and using this inbound email it's showing as ''(Trigger 237a686497937c107798fcf3n253af5e email conditions not satisfied, skipping) '' in email logs inside I saw  target is empty how to solve this issue can any one please help me on this issue .

here strange thing is when re-ran this flow by using test then that time it will work , but this will not working by using inbound email.
