Incident about Child and Parent Table

I'm dealing with a scenario where a record created from a RITM is being cancelled every time the RITM is cancelled. However, this is not the expected behavior and I'm having trouble finding the automation behind this rule. In SN is there any specific rule between parent and child records that makes this scenario always true?

@RenataN i believe yes but i could be wrong.

Based from your scenario, it could only be business rule or a flow.

I would troubleshoot it by opening script tracer to find which business rules are run whenever i cancel.

Or open flow execution and see executions with almost same timestamp on the cancelled ritm.

Hope this helps.

@RenataN

do you have any business rule, flow, scheduled job which does this?
