Incident created through virtual assistant

Hi Community,

 

When the incident was created through virtual assistant. Can they submit request without giving the mandatory fields?

@Sandeep Rajput its not greyed out

@tulasi8 Can you check if the fields are made mandatory via a client script or a UI Policy only and there is no data policy to back it up. If this is the case then the incidents may get created in such as case as there is no data policy to prevent incidents from getting created without filling the mandatory fields. 

Log a now support case mate, if no BR/ CS is doing this.
