Incident Excel report

Hi Everyone,

 

Please help me that,when i export report of Excel on incidensts pending time should be reflect in the Excel sheet please help me on this high priority

that is what my solution was , I didn't provided resolved or completed state ,  

 

1. go to incident_metric table

2. under filter add condition as "State is Pending"

3. Records get appears and export them to Excel

can you also show the filter which you have used in metrics table

Hi Shyam,

 

No it didn't help for me,it's for resolved and closed incidents we are looking for.

Is there any way kindly help me.

In metrics we can calculate pending state duration as well , can you please eloborate your requirement , what i have understood is your want the duration of Incidents which are put under pending right?

We need time and date when incident state moved to pending not duration for resolved or closed tickets.
