Incident Excel report

Hi Everyone,

Please help me that,when i export report of Excel on incidensts pending time should be reflect in the Excel sheet please help me on this high priority

Hello Divya,

can you please give more clarity here , you want the Incident report of each incident time spent on pending state?

if so you can use "incident_metric" table and add duration field to the list view and in the condition give as state as pending ,then export the records to excel

Usually will export monthly resolved incidents report in Excel,start and end and resolved time will reflect in the sheet but not pending time and date. along with this pending date and time should be reflect in the report.

you can do this using Metrics table I.e. "incident_metric" , have attached screenshot for your ref , try this in similar way and revert if you have any questions
