I am in the process of developing UAT script to test Incident Management module in SNOW for the upcoming London release. I was wondering if anyone has a test script that I can leverage and mold it to our need.
We do not have the Test Management module enabled in our version and will not be in near future. In the meantime, I am looking for some basic test cases/test steps for testing Incident Management module (i.e. Incident ticket lifecycle passing through various stages and behavior in ServiceNow), such as creating, managing, resolving tickets, SLA testing, System Notification testing, etc. This test script will be utilized for testing after every upgrade.
