Incident - On Hold Reasons

Hi,

Is anyone able to give me information about the Incident on hold reasons?

I was talking to a customer and mentioned about 'Awaiting info' and then realised it was no longer there.

In my San Diego instance I have 'Awaiting Evidence' but my colleagues vanilla SD instance does not have 'Awaiting Evidence' or 'Awaiting Info'.

I've not workshopped ITSM in a while and was wondering when 'Awaiting Info' was removed and which application or plugin would have added 'Awaiting Evidence'?

It would appear that the reason is the upgrade to San Diego via Rome, looks like it pulled in some obsolete demo data and did some slightly odd things.

In the end I've just refreshed my instance as a zBoot San Diego instance.

Are you if those are not customized reasons?

Did check in my PDI also on San Diego

They are definitely not customised reasons... I wasn't even online when they were created... 🙂

I have now found that at the time that appeared I was upgrading from Rome Patch 5 to San Diego Patch 1.
