Incident should be Cancelled when converted to Requests with Closure code "Service Request Created".

Good day everyone,

In the context menu of the incident form there is a option called create request which redirects the user to service catalog.

whenever an request is created form an incident we want the state of that incident as "Cancelled" and closure code "Service Request Created".

This would be helpful for reporting purpose.

Hi Kevin,

You need to change the "Create Request " Ui Action.

I hope you have state choice with "cancelled" and close_code with "Service Request Created", if not please create it first.
