Incident Status Bar

I noticed on another instance of SNOW that within the incident Ticket there was a status bar ( in the shape of connecting arrows) which shows the different levels of status for the ticket. Such as Assigned, Work in Progress, Resolved, Closed. And when the ticket status changes the arrow diagram turns from grey to green. Is this a OOB SNOW function of custom?
