As an Incident Manager

I want to display the Additional Comments section on the Incident Management and Service Operations Workspace forms

So that Callers and Affected Users can view those comments in Purple Gateway

pleases share your screenshot for requirement.

It looks to me like you need to configure form layout and add the comments section in the workspace view

Remember if the field is added and users can't see, then please check the field level READ ACL and if not then create a new one and give the incident manager role
