Info message in green and updated status no longer displaying upon clicking on reopen Ui Action

Hi Team,

 

PFB screenshots of Reopen UI action script, it used to work by displaying the updated status and the info message in the portal, but after clicking on reopen now, suddenly after reload it doesnt show the updated status, nor the info message.., after reloading it shows the updated status but not the message, wonder whats wrong, and how I can fix it now please help!

Previously upon clicking reopen, it used to appear like below

But now, upon clicking reopen, it appears as approved instead of approved - pending update (when actually the state is changed which can be confirmed after reloading the form) and the green info message doesnt appear too..

are you saying on portal form view that button is not seen?

That UI action is client side and client side UI actions are not shown in portal form widget.

was this working fine earlier?

did you compare the versions?

Hi Ankur,

 

The button is seen, upon clicking the button, the info message isnt appearing anymore, as well as the status isnt properly displayed  as I had mentioned. Yes it was working fine previously, I believe the Yokohama upgrade might have to do something which happened recently in our instance, but I'm not sure. How can I make it work now, as I have shared in the screenshot of the working case
