Keywords search indexing is not working properly on Incident table on Prod, but works in Test instan

Good afternoon.!
On the Incident table, in the filter condition, if we search for below keywords using filters, then it is not retrieving exact results.

It is combining all 3 of them. But in Test instance, it works correctly. Please help.
