Hi Team,
I have requirement that when I search with the non existing record in the portal it should give an info message and with link to the incident list.
Please help me with the requirement. Thanks in advance.

Do you want this on search or when the old ticket is loaded (record is opened)?
Not sure of this can be done on the search.
