Integration issue

Hi

I am trying to integrate SAP Solution Manager with Service now. I am getting the issues below when testing the SOAP connection.

java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused) when posting to link

org.apache.commons.httpclient.ConnectTimeoutException: The host did not accept the connection within timeout of 10000 ms when posting to link

Please help me on this

Hi,

Th eissue could be related to the application you are trying to hit from servicenow is not reachable or down. 

Kindly check ecc queue for log and also check with the SAP soln admin.

The WSDL link they provided does not open in my network . But when the same link opens in client network. 

Does this mean a Firewall is stopping the connection. Can this be resolved by using mid server.
