Hi @Naresh S

It is certainly possible to synchronize a specific Catalog Item in ServiceNow with a Jira ticket using Exalate, as this is a common use-case for our solution. In fact, bidirectional synchronization between ServiceNow and Jira is one of the core capabilities of our product.

With Exalate, the Catalog Item in ServiceNow can be fully configured for bidirectional synchronization, which means that any updates made to the corresponding Jira ticket will be automatically reflected in ServiceNow, and vice versa. This can be further customized to support unidirectional synchronization if desired.

Exalate is user-friendly and easy to set up, and it offers a high level of control over the data that is sent and received between the two systems. I would be happy to provide more information and assist in configuring Exalate to your specific requirements.

Please let me know if you would like to schedule a demonstration of the product, to see Exalate in action, and I would be happy to assist you in setting it up.

Naresh, hi there! Indeed, its absolutely possible. I think I've seen a similar question in the community with links to some documentation. I'll need to check. Anyway, you can also achieve this by using  3rd party solutions like the one we use -zigiops. It connects the systems bi-directionally, syncs them and allows the transfer of the data you want (you can tailor it to fit the use case).
