Hello,
We are using Agent Chat and we want it to appear maximised when loading in the portal.
Is there a way to do this without cloning the widget?
I appreciate your help.

Hi there,
Do you mean like having a fullscreen Virtual Agent client? Or just bigger as the out-of-the-box size? Also how are you opening the Virtual Agent client, still through the icon on the bottom right, or something else?

Currently (minimized agent chat):
Desired when loading (maximized Agent Chat):
Note: I am not using the cloned widget virtual agent.
