HI All ,
Am trying to integrate datadog with service now by following this article here >>>https://docs.datadoghq.com/integrations/servicenow/<<<
however it asks to upload the XML file to service now but when i tried , servicenow accepts only xls format
anyone else has successfully integrated datadog with snow ? and using it for inc creation etc ?

Facing this issye- There are issues in your ServiceNow configuration. Invalid ServiceNow credentials for <instance name>.
I provided all of the credential to datadog user account.
And also try for Oauth2, but both not connected, Still broken. Can you please help me on this. Thanks!!

I having facing issue- There are issues in your ServiceNow configuration. Invalid ServiceNow credentials for <instance name>.
Tried for both (Basic and oauth2) every time connection broken. Do you know how to solve this.
