Integration with Dynatrace

Hello Team, 

I encountered an issue while doing the integration with Dynatrace. I set the basic OAuth connection by providing the username and password but when I tested the credentials it throws an error but  the same credentials are working for POSTMAN. I tried creating an incident using workflow in Dynatrace and the record is getting created in ServiceNow. Can someone advise what to do now. Will this error going be a hurdle while moving forward. If the issue at Dynatrace end, I think till your integration is successful and payload is moving properly to servicenow , it is fine. Yet to be in safer side, before moving the configuration to higher environment, I will suggest to raise a Case with Dynatrace Vendor.
