Integraton servicenow incident module with Azure Devops

Hi all. I have a requirement where i have to provide the 

• Provide high-level design and review the low-level design (which should include the integration details, requirement reviews, data mapping, data certification & validations) for the above-defined scope.The scope of application 

• Requirement is to enable 2 way integration between ServiceNow and ADO and design a way to manage a single backlog, but to maintain integrity of original service ticket.

• ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, modules, and enhancements.
• Service Now resource with experience in ADO Integration.
• Engage with the SME in the skills called out above.
• Strong understanding of the relevant modules of ServiceNow to deliver the essential outcome.
• Scripting: Write and maintain server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts) to implement complex logic and workflows.
• Scoped Applications: Develop, maintain, and enhance scoped applications tailored to specific business needs.
• Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and data sources using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
• Customization: Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, workflows, and dashboards to optimize user experience and streamline business processes.
• Best Practices: Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, including maintainability, performance, and security.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions and processes.
