Interaction wrap up with ITSM

Hello, 

I am trying to use the Interaction Wrap up feature with the ITSM module.  I have configured the Wrap up function but cannot get the wrap up window to show up on the SOW. 

Any ideas?

Hi Ronald, you need to configure Wrap up codes and add them to the wrap up configuration, then wrap up will pop up on the interaction.

Hello Marina,  I actually do have Wrap up codes configured and active.  But still the wrap up is not showing in the SOW when I close an interaction.
