Interactions table - added topic reference field and not updating in real time

Hi,

on the interactions table, I added a field to the form called "Topic" , that references the sys_cb_topic table. When there is a conversation on the virtual agent it creates the interaction incident but the topics field is not updating in real time. I need this to work for reporting reasons, we will like to know which topics are being used via our dashboard, without having to use Virtual Agent Analytics. Please see image below. The interaction incidents are being created but topics does not update.

I use this table to know when topics are used in each conversation

va_view_conversation_interaction_task

i cannot find that table in tables and columns. What is the label name?

I am copying and pasting this from ServiceNow

Table: va_view_conversation_interaction_task [va_view_conversation_interaction_task]

this is a grouping I am using
