Hello,
We have a requirement to create a Interactive filter for data(incidents) filter based on business service.
For example: We have a service called ABC, under ABC we have A, B & C services.
Again, under A we have A1 & A2 and under B we have B1 & B2 and under C we have C1 & C2 services.
When i choose the service ABC in the interactive filter, i want to show all the child and sub-child services incidents in the dashboard reports.
Please help me how to achieve it.
Thanks,
Raj

Hi @Raj90 ,
Hope you are doing well.
I guess you are using a reference type interactive filter and as checked OOB we need to select all the services manually that we want to match.
If you want to achieve your requirement I would suggest to explore custom interactive filters.
Please Mark My Response as Correct/Helpful based on Impact

Harshal

Add multiple target tables and matching references, it will make sure all records are filtered on dashboard.
