Hi guys,

Is there a way to have a quick view of articles Pending Retirement in the side menu ?

I pasted the image of what I have available at the moment.

I have Knowledge admin and knowledge manager roles.

Thanks

Hi @Rene Dugas

To add a module under Articles Section, You need to have admin role.

Few Alternatives to make your own filter and add as favourite and save a filter and share with users.

1. You can make your own filter and add it as a favourite-

Click on All under Articles, Add your filter( Workflow = pending retirement) and Create Favourite.

2.You can make your own filter and save it
