Is Major Incident Management part of ITSM licensing or premium?

Per docs, its a "manual plugin install" from ServiceNow. Does that mean its also a premium license? Or does it come with a base ITSM purchase?

Remember that the plugins list search doesn't assume contains, so if you search "major inci" you'll get nothing.

If you had just used * search LIKE I TOLD YOU, you wouldn't be in this mess. AND you would have seen for yourself that the plugin is marked as free. DO I HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING AROUND HERE?
