Hi,
It's always best for you to speak to your ServiceNow Account Executive in regard to any plugins/applications that you'd like to activate. If the documentation doesn't say it's free, then the plugin itself within the instance will indicate free or paid (which doesn't always tell the full story, but throwing that out there for future reference).
But to answer your question exactly, yes, this one is free for ITSM customers.

Hi,
Just to follow-up to my reply above...
Considering the plugin is active by default for zBoot customer, which means it comes standard with the instance...it would be free. Prior to this change, it was not active by default and so users would need to active it themselves.
But any brand new instance today, comes with it installed and active.
Note: The On-Call Scheduling plugin (com.snc.on_call_rotation) is active by default for zBoot customers.
So this could already be active within your instance.
Overall though, as I've mentioned above, you can always speak to your ServiceNow Account Executive about it, just to be sure.

Hi,
No I don't think so it's free. Please refer to screenshot below:
Also to check what kind of subscription you are having, ServiceNow have different calculations for different customers so worth checking with Account Manager to confirm on the price aspect as well.
Hope this helps. Please mark the answer as correct/helpful based on impact.
