Is there a way to automate Change ticket creation from Confluence Page?

In our weekly release process, we do the review via a Confluence page where teams create their technical support notes and had it reviewed for approval if no concerns. We are exploring the automated creation of Change tickets from these technical notes once approved. Does ServiceNow have capability for this type of automation? Appreciate any input you may have, thanks!

HI @liza_delachica

Yes, it is possible. You can trigger the API from Confluence and map it to the ServiceNow change table. You can also use Flow Designer for the same purpose.
