Is there a way to bring overview and findings field in servicenow sow workspace

Hello Everyone,

If i navigate to the view workbench ui action for resolved major incidents it takes me the workbench where i can see overview and findings field but if i see in service operation workspace i could not find those two fields is there a way i can add if yes how and if it is just hided by some small configuration it can be enabled to show on sow?
Please find the screenshots attached

The link you provided is about the problem not able to edit overview and findings field.
My question is about those two fields are not visible under sow.

Hi @Debasis Pati 

I don’t have the full MI setup in my PDI to cross-check, but I believe WorkBench is not a standard UI Page—it's a combination of multiple components. That’s likely the reason we can’t easily make changes or bring those fields into the SOW.

Let me install the MI plugin in my PDI and see how I can help.
