I'm looking to use SLA Breakdowns on thousands of old records with older SLAs (all with metrics, etc., tracking assignment), but I can't figure out how to populate SLA Breakdowns with that old data. Is that even possible? Or do they only work with future SLAs?

Hi @D_ Barre ,
The OOTB SLA calculation works on based on configured scheduled and other record level conditions.
I don't see any option to break the completed SLA, but if you have updated SLA definitation then it will apply to new SLA instance.
-Thanks,
AshishKM
