Is there a way to pause the SLA under "Breach on Due date" duration type.

Is there a way to pause the SLA under "Breach on Due date" duration type by creating any BR ??

We've been looking into this with our support vendor. It appears you can't pause an SLA that is calculated based on Due Date. However, you can pause SLA notifications from being sent based on specified conditions. We are setting up our workflow to pause notifications when the ticket state is "On Hold". The SLA timer will continue to run, but email notifications will not be sent.
