Is there any option to integrate ITSM to Jira? for Example: SC Task information flowing to Jira and vice versa, the updates we make in Jira , reflect back in Service Task etc.. if this is doable? if doable, what is the process to achieve this?

You may want to look into the Jira Spoke. Note you will need integration hub license to use this.
