Is there any option to integrate ITSM to Jira ?

Is there any option to integrate ITSM to Jira? for Example: SC Task information flowing to Jira and vice versa, the updates we make in Jira , reflect back in Service Task etc.. if this is doable? if doable, what is the process to achieve this?

Hi @DhanishR , Yes, It is possible to integrate the jira with ServiceNow both unidirectionally and bidirectionally using REST API and Spokes as well. Here is the detailed step by step integration with jira with ServiceNow. I will add an attachment as well, a documented approach for integration using jira spokes by following this you can apply it in your PDI.
