For create a tickets from email to dev (inbound).

Thanks!

Hi @mania

I believe it's available out of the box (OOTB). You’ll need to check if the email account and related properties have been enabled in the 'dev' instance, and also ensure that the inbound email action is active."

As long as you have the "Email receiving enabled" checked in the Email Properties, and the "Create Incident" inbound action is active, I think you should be able to email the instance using <yourinstancename>@service-now.com.
