Is there any other way to connect the outlook to our dev instance?

Hi,
Is there any other way to connect their outlook(client outlook) to our dev instance & it should not affect their real tickets.
Note: We are not prefered Email Forwarding Method.
Can anyone help on this, It will be helpful.

Yes, you can definitely set this up.
Create a mail script, and include action buttons labeled Approve and Reject.
Attach the mail script to your notification template.
When a response is received in Outlook, configure an Inbound Email Action in ServiceNow to process it automatically.
Once those steps are in place, you're all set!
