Is there any way to get the static IP of the instance

Hi All,

Can we get the static IP of the instance, which donot change. I need to setup access to servicenow for JIRA instance which is having the VPN setup. Is there any possibility to get that. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

stats.do page should have this info but I'm not sure on the static value or not. I think there is a catalog page on HI which gives the info based on instance URL. Not 100% sure. I recommend reaching out to customer support. I'll be interested to hear what they have to say.

Hi Shankar,



If you are having Hi instance credentials then you can login to https://hi.service-now.com and get the details about IP address of your instances from the option 'Manage instances'. You will get the virtual IP, location etc.
