Issue with Adding an Outlook Group Email to CC Field in ServiceNow Email Notification

Hi all,
I’m trying to add an Outlook group email to the CC field in a ServiceNow email notification. The email logs show the group email is added, but when I check Outlook, the CC field is empty, and only the "To" field appears. Any ideas on why this might be happening or how to fix it?
