@Promita Das1

is your instance having single currency or multiple ones?

If single currency then it must be with USD configured in this property "glide.i18n.single_currency.code"

How the currency renders in form or list depends on the logged in user's locale

check these links

Currencies calculations in single currency mode are incorrect if system properties 'single_currency....

Single-currency mode

for multi-currency check this

Hi Sarthak,
Thanks for the solution.
While Activating the INR, does it impact any record or table.
As TPRM module is live in production for the client.

Thanks,

Promita
