I've installed the Document Management System Plugin (com.snc.platform_document_management) in my PDI and uploaded a new document through the Service Operations Workspace.
When opening the document through the attachment section, a tool bar with many options is avaialble.
In my instance, I'm not able to find the 'Redact' button which is supposed to look like a pencil icon as is found below.
Since I'm using the Instance with the admin role, the issue shouldn't be of accessibility. What could be the reason?

the pencil icon is shown in which instance? that instance has the same version against your instance for the Document Management System?

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,
I am unable to see redact icon while viewing a pdf which is in draft state. while I can see icon only on a published version. And also have given a search keyword not to be found but targeted user can still search for the keyword as I impersonated and checked. iam using xanadu, yokohama versions having both issues. could you please assist on these.

Yes, my PDI was running on Washington DC whereas Redaction Feature was released from Xanadu Onwards.
