Issue with email received to email id

I see Email Account: ServiceNow SMTP in the instance is configured like below.

There are few emails like below is received to our instance.

How come our instance receives email as recipient email is not matching with From email in the Email Account?

Check the value in  "glide.user.trusted_domain" sys_properties to verify which all domains have been allowed.

can you check the settings in email address filters what they have set.

Have they allowed some domains and denied some.
