Issue with email Recipients in survey

Hi,

I have created survey for once the request is closed, the survey should be trigger to the user(Requested for) and it is triggring OOB Request survey notification but the requested for user is not getting in email Recipients.

Can anyone please help on this, It will be usefull.

1. Have you checked the associated event in the Event Log and checked Parm1 contains the users sys_id value?

2. Having Event parm 1 contains recipient checked is enough to send to the person who will complete the Survey, you do not need anything else defined in your User/Groups Fields unless you have a business need.

Sorry, Actually the event is record.send_survey so i have checked the Business rule but that business rule is associated with Script include but i couldnt found anything.
