Hello ServiceNow Community,
I'm encountering an issue with interactive filters on a dashboard that specifically affects reports using the metric_instance table. Here's a detailed explanation of the problem, along with screenshots to illustrate the issue.
Issue Description:
1. I have a dashboard with various reports and an interactive KPI date range filter
2. When I run a report with specific filter conditions directly, it returns the expected results (as shown in Image 1).
3.However, when I apply the same filter conditions via the interactive filter on the dashboard, the report returns 0 results (as shown in Image 2).
4.Upon examining the filter conditions for the report with 0 results, I noticed that unexpected "Keywords" fields are being added to the filter criteria, which I did not include (as shown in Image 3).
Has anyone else encountered a similar problem with the metric_instance table and interactive filters adding unexpected fields? Any suggestions or additional troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated

Can you share the interactive filter as well?

Did you ever find the cause of this or a solution to this?
We are experiencing the same issue with the "My Groups Work" listing after we upgraded to Xanadu, but it only seems to be happening in our lower environments, and only to certain people (it seems to work OK for admins, but no one else).
