Issue with Multi-User Editing on Dashboard : Need Solution

Hi,

We are currently working on the implementation of 50 Platform Analytics reports, distributed among a team of 5 members(developers), with each member responsible for 10 reports.

All reports are intended to be integrated into a single dashboard, which has been structured into 5 separate tabs (each tab corresponding to an individual’s set of reports).

However, we are facing a challenge:
Only one user at a time is able to edit the dashboard, and other team members do not have simultaneous edit access even though they are working on separate tabs. This is impacting our productivity and timelines, as we are working under tight deadlines.

We would like to explore alternative approaches that would allow all 5 team members to work concurrently on their respective reports while still consolidating everything into a single dashboard.

Hi @mania 

ServiceNow dashboards aren’t designed for simultaneous editing—only one user can modify a dashboard at a time to avoid conflicts.

To allow five team members to work in parallel, a more effective approach would be  with organizing and managing the dashboard tabs.
