Issue with Populating Reference Field in Custom Table

Hi All,

I have a custom table called SOW Request, which contains a reference field named "Committed Budget" (u_budget_item_name).
I’m trying to populate the value using the script below. While the value appears correctly in the preview record, it is not displaying in the field itself and is throwing the following error:

[Deleted or no display value]

Can anyone suggest what might be the issue

Thank you!

Hi @Vamshi_ch123

open the Committed Budget field reference table and check if there is any dictionary with display as true

else

set any one of the field as the display true

@Vamshi_ch123

did you check the XML of that record and see if that reference field is populated or not?

You need to check which field is Marked as Display=true on that table as per what @Chaitanya ILCR mentioned.

If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
