Issue with ServiceNow Micro-Certification Lab Instance and Virtual Task Board

Hello ServiceNow Support Team,

I am currently working on the Micro-Certification – Welcome to ServiceNow (Zurich) course and facing the following issues:

- My lab instance has been terminated and I have 0 instances remaining. The "Request Lab Instance" button is disabled.
- In the Favorites section, "My Incidents" is missing or shows "No records found", so I cannot access the required records.
- Because of this, I am unable to complete Assessment Simulator – Task 4: Create a Visual Task Board (VTB) from a List.

I kindly request your assistance in restoring or providing a new lab instance and resolving the "My Incidents" issue so that I can complete the micro-certification.

Hi @aakashbelda 

 

Once a lab instance is marked as Terminated - it can’t be restored. Any data or settings from that instance are permanently lost.

To continue, you’ll need to request a new lab instance and proceed with your course using the new one.

 

For other course where you have requested the lab instance and not started course - Release that lab instance  .

NOTE: Lab instances are limited to 2 running instances per student.
